Erin Crotty is the Vice President of Customer Success at boodleAI. Erin has over fifteen years of experience in customer experience, project management, account management, and fundraising consulting.

Erin got their start in customer experience when they designed, developed, and launched a customer experience program at an international CRM. This program facilitated all major programmatic frameworks from strategic planning to customer success. Erin then went on to overhaul the client onboarding process, reducing the onboarding time of new clients from six months down to ninety days.

In their previous company, For Good Partnership, Erin was responsible for spearheading the launch of a regional development office on behalf of a client. This office tapped into 10k+ alumni through 25+ events while executing a $1B engagement campaign. Erin also established and led a fundraising consulting firm that supported nonprofits in the restructuring of their development efforts. This included coaching executive leadership and fostering discussions around operational priorities and requirements.

Erin has relaunched five struggling programs on behalf of clients supporting healthcare, education, child welfare, and special services in the nonprofit space. This has included overseeing all phases from business development to strategic planning, marketing, and project management. Currently, as the Vice President of Customer Success at boodleAI, they are responsible for directing sourcing initiatives and monitoring opportunities in alignment with renewed fundraising and programmatic goals.

Erin Crotty has a Master of Education from William & Mary in Higher Education Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in Communications and Theirtory. Erin also has certification from Coursera in Design Thinking for Innovation, The Flourishing Center in Applied Positive Psychology, Udemy in Firestarter Sessions, Center for Coaching Certification in Certified Professional Coach, Coursera in Positive Psychology: Martin E.
