James Williams

James E. Williams, Jr. is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and strategy. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Hawkweed Partners since January 2016, Williams has a proven track record in enhancing organizational performance. Previously, as CEO in Residence at THRUUE, INC. from January 2018 to January 2023, Williams collaborated with large organizations to align culture and strategy, driving successful outcomes alongside CEOs. Additionally, Williams held the position of Executive in Residence at THRUUE Inc. from November 2017 to January 2023. Williams holds a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
