Win Sengsatheuane has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2006, they worked for the Houston Housing Authority as an Intake and Placement Occupancy Technician, followed by a role as a Case Manager and later as a Quality Assurance/Public Indian Housing Center Coordinator. In 2009, they joined the Dallas Housing Authority, where they held positions as an Assistant Administrator, Administrator, and IT Business Systems Administrator. During this time, they managed teams, trained and coached staff, and maintained setups in Yardi's VisualHOMES system. In 2015, they worked for the New York City Housing Authority, serving as both a Project Manager and Senior Manager of Quality Assurance & Performance Management. Here, they supervised a team, developed process guides, and worked on strategic projects. From 2016 to 2019, Win was the Director of Performance Analysis & Assessment at the Dept. of Citywide Administrative Services, where they optimized spend and managed large-scale data. In 2020, they became the Director of Performance Management at the Office of Homeless Services, overseeing teams and managing Homeless Management Information Systems. Currently, Win is the Director of Operations at Bob.ai, a technology company focused on transforming the assisted rental marketplace. Their role involves assisting renters in connecting with property owners through the use of technology.
Win Sengsatheuane obtained a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin between 1999 and 2003. In 2017, Win undertook a program in Data Science at General Assembly. In 2019, Win completed the Full Stack JavaScript - NERDS Stack program at The Grace Hopper Program at Fullstack Academy, focusing on Node.js, Express, React/Redux, and Databases using SQL.
