Daniel Popp has held various positions in the technology and healthcare industry. In 1998, they were the Chief Information Officer at Physicians Information Exchange, where they managed the development and IT infrastructure of an electronic medical record system and medical data warehouse company. Daniel then moved to GE Healthcare in 2002, where they were an Engineering Manager. In 2004, they began working at CompuGroup Medical US, where they held the position of VP of Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for delivering a SaaS practice management and electronic health record product to the ambulatory physician market, and achieved a 95% annual employee retention rate over 9 years. Daniel then moved to Aprima Medical Software, which was acquired by EMDs, where they were the Vice President of Customer Service. Daniel managed vendor relations and negotiated contractual costs, terms, and program development/proposals. Daniel is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Book4Time Inc., a position they have held since 2022.
Daniel Popp received their MBA in Management from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business between 2004 and 2006.
