Maria Urbaneja has held a variety of roles in the customer service and customer success field. Maria began their career in 2016 as an Office Manager for Brush Dental in Toronto, ON. In 2018, they joined Booking.com as a Senior Customer Service Specialist, progressing to a Senior Customer Service Executive. In 2021, they moved to Uberflip and Opencare.com as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Manager, Customer Success at Book4Time Inc.
Maria Urbaneja completed a Business English Program at ILAC from 2014 to 2015, studying English Language and Literature, General. Maria then went on to pursue a Pharmacy Technician degree at Universidad 'Santa María' and is currently working towards their Content Experience Certification from Uberflip, obtained in August 2021, and their Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER, obtained in November 2022.
