Shane McMackin

Customer Success Manager at Book4Time

Shane McMackin has had a varied and extensive work experience. Shane began their career in 2007 at American Eagle Outfitters, where they held the role of Key Holder. In 2011, Shane moved to Carnival Cruise Lines, where they were a Professional Dancer. In 2014, they worked at Hard Candy Fitness Toronto as a Coordinator. From 2015 to 2020, Shane worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they held the roles of Spa Manager In Training, Spa Supervisor, Pre-Open Task Force, and Spa Coordinator. Since 2020, Shane has been working at Book4Time Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and Onboarding Specialist. In these roles, Shane has collaborated with Customer Success Managers to understand business requirements, goals, and client objectives for success. Shane has also performed the initial setup and configuration of clients' accounts prior to account delivery, and scheduled and facilitated personalized training programs for each assigned client project.

Shane McMackin obtained a Ontario College Diploma in Dance Performance Studies from George Brown College in 2011. In 2020, they obtained certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera and The Science of Well-Being from Coursera. Shane is also currently in the process of obtaining a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER, which they are expected to receive in November 2022.
