Santiago Mayo Lage is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Founder of The Human Atelier, Santiago focuses on enhancing the human aspects of teams and organizations. Santiago also brings expertise as a Business & Leadership Coach with BOOKBRIDGE and has a significant tenure at Swiss Re as a Cultural Architect. Prior roles include Managing Partner and Founder of Swisstainable, a consulting firm dedicated to sustainable business practices, and managerial positions at Accenture and Royal HaskoningDHV. Santiago holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield School of Management, along with a degree in Agronomy Engineering from Universidad de Córdoba.
