I have seen the future of work, and without massive changes--the job market will continue to break in ways never before seen.

Robotics taking the place of people. Traditional educational degrees losing significance. Blockchain based verification systems disrupting global economies. AI eliminating entire industries. How do people stay relevant in a future that continues to make them seem less and less so? Solving this challenge requires a pro-active approach, one I intend to take.

I believe work is a critical part of happiness, and people are happiest when they're engaged working to solve problems at the intersection of talent, opportunity and purpose (ikigai). It's not easy to find, and many people spend their entire lives looking for it.

However, I believe the future of work and solution to many of the challenges in the job market lives in eliminating the friction between connecting individuals to opportunities. I believe these same technologies breaking the job market can fix it.
