Juha Tikkanen

Juha Tikkanen has a diverse work experience, primarily in IT management and software development. Juha started their career in 2002 as an IT Manager at Julkaisu Bookers Oy. From 2004 to 2011, they worked as a Software Designer at TNS Gallup. Juha then returned to Julkaisu Bookers Oy as an IT Manager from 2011 to 2013. Juha joined Bookers Finland Oy and Bookers Connect Oy in 2013 as an IT Manager, responsible for managing their IT infrastructure, software, and software development. In 2016, they joined Bookers Group Oy as an IT Manager, overseeing the IT infrastructure, software, and software development for multiple companies within the group. Juha later served as the Director of Information Technology at Bookers Group Oy. In 2018, Juha worked as a Database Specialist and Data Analyst at Fennia before returning to Bookers Group Oy as the IT Manager in 2019. Juha currently holds this position.

Juha Tikkanen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued further education at Keski-Uudenmaan koulutuskuntayhtymä Keuda from 2016 to 2017, where they studied Electrician/Automation and graduated with a degree in Electrician.
