Kim Ellonen has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and business fields. Starting in 2007, Kim worked as a Sales Representative at Elisa, where they gained experience in client relations and sales negotiation. They then became a Sales Negotiator and later a Key Account Manager, specializing in corporate sales. In 2016, Kim joined Bookers Group as the Head of Sales for Elisa Corporate sales, managing a high-performing sales unit and overseeing the sales and services within the Business Unit. In 2019, Kim co-founded Mirus Solutions Oy, where they were responsible for the overall business management and direction. They then returned to Bookers Group in 2021 as the Business Director and Partner, overseeing business and customer development, operations, employee productivity, accounting, and sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Kim Ellonen attended Arcada University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Following this, Kim pursued further education at the same institution from 2015 to 2020, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business & Financial Technology.
