Kellye-Rae Campbell has extensive experience in the legal and privacy fields. Kellye-Rae currently serves as the Group Head of Privacy & Data Protection at Digicel Group. Prior to that, they were the Founding Director & General Counsel at BookFusion. Kellye-Rae also holds roles in the International Association of Privacy Professionals, serving as the Founding Chair - Caribbean KnowledgeNet and as a member. Campbell has also worked as a Corporate Counsel at Campari Group and as a Principal & Intellectual Property Consultant at their own firm, the Law Office of Kellye-Rae Fisher Campbell. Additionally, they have held positions at Blockchain Technologies Corporation, ShieldsLaw, George Washington University's Finance Division, the United Nations, and DB Capitol Strategies PLLC. Throughout their career, Campbell has demonstrated expertise in privacy, data protection, general counsel services, and intellectual property law.

Kellye-Rae Campbell's education history begins with their Bachelor of Laws LL.B. (Hons) degree, which they obtained from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Kellye-Rae pursued further legal education by attending Norman Manley Law School, where they obtained a Legal Education Certificate, which is the equivalent of a Bar Exam. Kellye-Rae then went on to The George Washington University, where they completed a Master of Laws LL.M. degree specializing in Intellectual Property Law.

In terms of additional certifications, Kellye-Rae Campbell is the Founding Chair of Caribbean KnowledgeNet, an institution affiliated with the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals. Kellye-Rae also holds various professional licenses, such as being an Attorney-at-law licensed to practice in the State of New York (USA) by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, as well as being an Attorney-at-law licensed to practice in Jamaica by the Supreme Court of Jamaica.
