Kathleen Weston

Kathleen Weston is an accomplished tax executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Tax at Booking Holdings since January 2020, Kathleen previously held the position of Vice President of Tax at Fortune Brands Home & Security from June 2014 to January 2020. Earlier career roles include Senior Director of Global Tax Planning and Director of European Tax at International Paper, as well as Senior International Tax Counsel at both International Paper and Pharmacia Corporation. Kathleen’s career began as Tax Counsel at CSX, followed by an associate position at Fox Rothschild LLP. Educational credentials include a BA in History from Dickinson College, a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and an LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law.
