Michael Guerra

Michael Guerra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic implementation within technology and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as a Senior ERP Project Manager at Booking Holdings, Michael leads SAP S4 project implementations as part of Project Morpheus. Previously, Michael held the role of Business Partner - Portfolio, Projects, and Change Management Lead at Becton, Dickinson and Company, ensuring successful delivery and communication of projects within the Technology and Global Services organization. Michael’s career at BD also includes significant positions such as Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager and Senior Supply Chain Project Manager, where Michael managed complex ERP projects and integrated supply chain functions. Earlier experience includes managing finance and sourcing projects at Pearson North America. Michael Guerra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lehman College.
