Ntuthuko Mhlanga

Ntuthuko Mhlanga, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and External Reporting at Booking Holdings since March 2023, focusing on technical accounting issues, accounting policies, and the preparation of SEC reports. Prior to this role, Ntuthuko worked at PwC for over a decade, first as a Deals Senior Manager providing advisory services on accounting and financial reporting for IPOs and various accounting standards, and previously as an Assurance Manager in Banking and Capital Markets. Ntuthuko’s experience also includes serving as Finance Manager at Oistins (Pty) Ltd, overseeing the finance department, and as an Assurance Associate at KPMG, conducting external audits across various industries. Ntuthuko holds multiple Chartered Accountant qualifications from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, and degrees in Accounting from the University of South Africa and Midlands State University.
