Phil Smith

Phil Smith is an accomplished professional in financial crime risk management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Group Head of Financial Crime Risk Management at Booking Holdings since April 2024 and Head of Financial Crime Risk Management at Booking.com since January 2022, Phil Smith has held significant positions including Director of Regulatory Compliance and Senior Managing Counsel. Prior experience includes roles at VEON, Credit Suisse, and the Financial Action Task Force, where responsibilities spanned various aspects of compliance, anti-money laundering, and risk advisory.
