Phyllis Wallitt

Phyllis Wallitt currently serves as Senior Vice President, Legal at Booking Holdings since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing legal issues for the company and its subsidiary brands, with a focus on strategy, litigation, and commercial relationships. Prior to this role, Wallitt spent six years as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Priceline, providing legal counsel to the CEO and senior management.
