Sushma Divakar

Sushma Divakar is a data analyst with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Data Analyst II at Booking Holdings since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sushma worked as a Senior Data Analyst at GoTo Group, where analytical solutions were provided in collaboration with the Data Products & Infrastructure and HR teams. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst at SagasIT Analytics Pvt. Ltd. for Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, as well as an Analytics Consultant for the same client. Additionally, Sushma held the role of Data Analyst at Stuta HR Consulting Private Limited and started a career as a Trainee Consultant at Capgemini, focusing on impact analysis within the Bombardier Project. Sushma holds a Master of Technology in Data Science and Machine Learning from PES University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
