Jessica Winchester

Jessica Winchester is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Partner at Bookoff McAndrews, PLLC since April 2013, Jessica previously held the position of Associate at both Bookoff McAndrews, PLLC and Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP from June 2008 to April 2013. Prior experience includes working as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from April 2006 to June 2008 and an internship at Lockheed Martin in mid-2005. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law with a focus on Intellectual Property from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned in 2006.
