Noelle Holten

Noelle Holten is a seasoned Publicity Manager at Bookouture since July 2017, bringing extensive experience from a prior role as a Senior Probation Officer at SWM CRC from January 2000 to July 2017. In the latter position, Noelle managed multiple units including Southern Integrated Offender Management and Substance Misuse, while leading initiatives in safeguarding, mental health, youth offending, restorative justice, building resilient families, and domestic violence. Educationally, Noelle holds an MA in Criminology from Middlesex University, a Bachelor's degree in Community Justice from the University of Hertfordshire, and a BA Hons in Philosophy & Sociology, Law and Criminal Justice, alongside a Diploma in Probation Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and another BA in Philosophy from York University.
