Andrei Covaciu

Andrei Covaciu has extensive work experience in the software development field. Andrei is currently working as a Senior Full Stack Developer as a freelancer and contractor at Telemunca, where they help businesses develop their software solutions using Java, NodeJS, and React.

In addition, Andrei is also a Co-Founder of BOOKR, a company that helps businesses manage their appointments and optimize their customer care strategy. Andrei built the product using Java, Spring Boot, and React on the backend, and React Native on mobile.

Prior to their current roles, Andrei worked as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Redis, where they focused on Java and Spring Boot on the backend, and React on the frontend. Andrei also worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at MCRO, a Senior Full Stack Developer at Betfair Romania Development, and a Full Stack Engineer at National Geographic.

Andrei's earlier experiences include roles as an Associate Full Stack Developer and Junior Software Developer at Betfair Romania Development, a Freelance Programmer at Fiverr, and a Java Trainee at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Throughout their career, Andrei has gained expertise in a wide range of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, React, Python, Django, and Elastic Search. Andrei Covaciu attended Liceul de Informatica "Tiberiu Popoviciu" from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their high school education with a focus on computer programming. After completing their high school education, they then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Science at the Technical University of Cluj Napoca from 2016 to 2020.
