Cassandra Tognoni Gerdes

Cassandra Tognoni Gerdes has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they interned at DC Public Schools as part of the Urban Education Leaders Internship Program. Cassandra then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare sector at Goldman Sachs from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined KIPP DC as a Capital Teaching Resident for a year. In 2012, they established their own company, MathMarker, as a Founder. Cassandra served in that role until 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Founding Director of Business Administration at Montessori For All. Lastly, since 2015, they have been the Founder of BookReport, which provides financial software for K-12 schools.

Cassandra Tognoni Gerdes attended Phillips Academy Andover from 2001 to 2005 for their secondary education. After completing their high school education, they enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance. Cassandra studied at the University from 2005 to 2009.
