Robin Stern

Robin Stern is a seasoned professional in the fields of children's literature and library services, currently serving as the Lead Children’s Specialist and Bookseller at Books Inc. since June 2016. Prior to this role, Robin held a position at Palo Alto City Library as a Page and worked at Target as a Price Accuracy Team Member, where exceptional customer service and merchandise accuracy were prioritized. Experience also includes a software testing role at Stern Consulting and a foundational position as a Librarian at San Jose Public Library, where responsibilities included reference support and collection development for children's materials. Robin earned a Master of Library Science degree and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
