The Bookselling Team at Books Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service both in-store and online, managing book inventory, curating selections for specific genres like children's books, and engaging with the community through social media and book reviews. They work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience, support sales, and ensure the smooth operation of all 11 locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
