Jessica Catanzaro has extensive experience in the education and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Literacy Account Manager at Booksource since February 2018, after progressing through various roles including Literacy Account Representative, Customer Service Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Office Manager. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Planet Child Care for twelve years, where the role of Lead Teacher was held. Additionally, Jessica attended Warson Woods Cosmetology School from 2005 to 2007, earning a degree in Cosmetology, and graduated from Oakville Sr. High School in 2005.
