Oksana Medvedieva

Oksana Medvedieva has been working in the Human Resources field since 2011. Oksana began their career as a Telephone Sales and Customer Service Specialist at клуб семейного досуга. Oksana then moved up to become the Head of the Structural Unit of the Contact Center and then the Head of the Contact Center Group. In 2021, they began working as an HR Generalist at LOPAN Group and an HR Manager at AGROTRADE. Currently, they are employed as an HR Manager at BooksTime.

Oksana Medvedieva's education history includes a diploma in Industrial Specialization from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 1999 to 2005. Oksana also holds three certifications from Source iT, IT Education Academy (ITEA), and Profi-Consuling, respectively. The most recent of these certifications was obtained from Profi-Consuling in April 2021 for the "New HR Generation" school.
