Kristina Salen

Kristina Salen serves as Chief Financial Officer at Booksy since January 2024. Additionally, Kristina has been a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee at SiriusXM since July 2018. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Greenhouse Software from December 2022 to September 2023, and at WWE from July 2020 to November 2021. Kristina also held board positions at Reinvent Capital and Cornerstone OnDemand, where Kristina chaired the Audit Committee. As CFO of Moda Operandi, Inc. from February 2019 to April 2020, and as COO/CFO of UnitedMasters from July 2017 to October 2018, Kristina contributed significantly to strategic development and operationalization. Kristina’s career began as CFO at Etsy, guiding the company’s revenue growth from $895 million to $3 billion between 2012 and 2016. Kristina holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Political Science from Vassar College.
