Vicki Sellick Mbe

Vicki Sellick MBE is a seasoned leader in the charitable sector, currently serving as Chief Experience Officer at St John Ambulance, where responsibilities include mobilizing 30,000 volunteers and setting strategy with key stakeholders. As a trustee and chair of the EDI & REMCO committees at BookTrust, Vicki contributes to enhancing literacy across the UK. Previous roles include Board Member at Challenge Works, Chief Partnerships Officer at Nesta, where Vicki managed a diverse team and executed impactful programmes, and Co-Chair at Y Lab in Wales, supporting public services innovation.
