Aldo Macaluso

Aldo Macaluso is an experienced professional with over 25 years of work experience. Aldo is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Project Manager at BooleBox, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were the IT Director Americas at Ermenegildo Zegna Group from 1997 to 2020, where they converted the existing MPLS wide area network architecture to SD-WAN, led the deployment of the new EDI platform, implemented an omnichannel integration with a new E-Commerce site, and led the migration of corporate offices and the retail network to Office 365 Suite. Before that, they were the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager at Ermenegildo Zegna Group from 1995 to 1997, where they were responsible for the IT Infrastructure and managed a team of 12 system engineers. Aldo was also the Retail IT System Manager at Ermenegildo Zegna Group from 1995 to 1997, where they analyzed and implemented a new retail system in terms of shop needs, technical infrastructures, and deployment planning. Aldo began their career in 1995 as an Analyst and Programmer at Sestante srl.

Aldo Macaluso obtained an Engineer's degree in the field of scienze M.F.N Informatica from the Università degli Studi di Torino between 1988 and 1994. In 2015, they also obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
