Shamus Samerdyke

Shamus Samerdyke is an experienced professional in the mergers and acquisitions and real estate investment sectors. Currently serving as an M&A Advisor at Boom since June 2024, Shamus contributes to helping small business owners transition their enterprises while maintaining their legacies. Prior to this role, Shamus co-founded iBuyer.com, where responsibilities included overseeing sales operations and business development from October 2019 to June 2024. Shamus also held the position of Director of Sales at Charles Brooks Holding Company, specializing in distressed real estate, and founded Florida Home Traders Inc., focusing on off-market property acquisitions. Additionally, Shamus worked as Land Acquisition Manager at Lot Depot, facilitating land acquisitions for new home developments.
