Samir Shah

Samir Shah is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Boom & Bucket. Prior to this, they were the Head of Cat Digital Labs at Caterpillar Inc. from April 2017 to February 2020. In this role, they oversaw the design, development and global deployment of the Cat App, Caterpillar's flagship mobile experience. Samir also managed the San Francisco team of the Cat Digital organization post Yard Club acquisition.

Previously, Samir Shah was the VP of Product at Yard Club from April 2016 to March 2017. At Yard Club, they led platform and product development efforts for the company's suite of heavy equipment management tools. Yard Club was successfully acquired by Caterpillar Inc in April 2017.

Prior to Yard Club, Samir Shah was a Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2012 to August 2014. Samir also worked as a Summer Associate in Booz & Company's Consumer, Media & Digital Practice from June 2011 to August 2011.

In August 2014, Samir Shah co-founded Sweetness Technologies, Inc., where they served as COO until April 2016.

Samir Shah's educational career includes obtaining an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a BS and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Samir also completed the International Baccalaureate program at Upper Canada College.

They work with Aaron Kline - Co-Founder and COO, Dalton Kane - Head of Growth, and Frank Aguilar - Head of Design. Samir Shah reports to Adam Lawrence, Co-Founder and CEO.
