Amber Boutiette

Amber Boutiette is a co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Marin Skincare, where transformative marine-powered skincare essentials for dry, damaged skin are developed. Prior to this role, Amber served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maine, focusing on a Master's Thesis related to microfluidic device manufacturing. Experience also includes work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Department of Biological and Chemical Engineering, where collaboration with Dr. Michael Mason and IDEXX Laboratories occurred on Raman spectroscopy projects, alongside proficiency in cell culture techniques and various software applications. Amber was also a founding member of the UMaine Bioengineering Design Team and served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in bioengineering. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Maine.
