Med Nadooshan

Med Nadooshan has had a long and successful career in technology. Med began their career in 1988 as a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories. During their tenure, they developed a tool to scan software code for detection of substandard programming practices and generate human readable reports with recommended fixes. In 1994, they moved to Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories and became the Chief Security Architect, where they enabled $500M in new revenue through creation and global deployment of a comprehensive set of patented security applications & practices.

In 2000, Med took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Avaya Global Services, where they transformed the multi-billion dollar service business to a highly profitable and cost-effective revenue powerhouse. In 2005, they became the President and CEO of Emerj Inc., a New York based start-up company, where they put together an impressive board of directors from top public and private companies, successfully secured over $3.5M investments, and created a digital marketing strategy which resulted in adoption of tens of thousands of users.

In 2010, Med became the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of High 5 Games LLC - a leading provider of slot video games to casinos worldwide and one of the leading social casino game operators on the Internet. Med was brought in to find new ways to extract more value out the large library of games. In 2016, they took on the role of Managing Partner at 1st bit ventures, a team of visionaries, enthusiasts and operators based in New York city. Finally, in 2017, they became President of Boom Entertainment, where they offer the most thrilling fantasy sports experience.

Med Nadooshan attended Stevens Institute of Technology, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science.
