Dadrien T. Barnes is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in organizational culture, employee development, and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Culture & Development at Boom Supersonic, Dadrien has successfully built and scaled HR programs that enhance employee engagement and foster inclusive workplace cultures. Prior to this role, Dadrien held various HR positions at Ford Motor Company, including Manager of Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and organizational development for over 5,000 employees. Dadrien’s career also includes vital contributions at Y-12 National Security Complex as Compliance & Training Manager. Dadrien holds a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
