Steven Hagler

Steven Hagler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in partner strategy, sales, and advisory roles across leading technology companies. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Boomerang since December 2019, Steven also has a history of informal advisory engagements with the company's founders. At VMware, from September 2019 to January 2024, Steven led partner go-to-market and distribution sales initiatives in the Americas. Prior to VMware, Steven spent over six years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, holding positions as Vice President of Global Sales & Partner Enablement and Senior Director of the Americas Moonshot Project. Steven's career also includes significant roles at SAP and HP, where Steven successfully drove growth through strategic partnerships and sales execution. Steven holds a certificate from Harvard Business School in Preparing to Be a Corporate Director and has educational credentials from Wayne State University and Purdue University.
