Zak Kelly

Zak Kelly has a diverse work experience in various operations and management roles. Zak started their career as a Risk Management Specialist at Tucson Electric Power from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Operations and Finance Specialist at PORTLAND PRODUCT WERKS. In 2016, Zak joined OneApp as an Operations Manager, where they significantly increased revenue and productivity by shifting to government clients and outsourcing certain functions. Later in 2016, they transitioned to IPM Medical Group, Inc. and held roles as an Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and currently as the Director of Operations. At IPM Medical Group, they have led various initiatives including acquisitions, office moves, and setups, and has managed cross-departmental leadership and training.

Zak Kelly completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Portland State University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona, graduating between 2009 and 2013.
