Donna Tracy

Donna Tracy has extensive experience in various roles in the technology industry. Donna is currently working as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Boomi. Prior to that, they worked at Dell Technologies for over 10 years, starting as a Technical Support Analyst and later becoming a Senior Technical Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for proactive customer system reviews, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements. Donna also completed monthly reporting and conducted reviews with clients. Before Dell Technologies, Donna was a Geek Squad Supervisor at Best Buy, where they provided technical support and training to customers and new employees. Donna also managed processes and documentation. Earlier in their career, Donna worked as a Design Engineer at Check Technology, leading projects for paper handling enhancements. Donna implemented an improved paper management system and coordinated with various departments for project implementation. Finally, Donna started their career as a Project Engineer at Emerson Process Management, where they contributed to the design and manufacturing of industrial pressure transmitters. Donna implemented Statistical Process Control and ISO 9001 into manufacturing and made product design changes for quality and manufacturability improvements.

Donna Tracy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1976 to 1982. Donna later pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Programming/Programmer, General from Dakota County Technical College from 2001 to 2005.
