Jacqui Miller

Jacqui Miller has a strong background in UX research and design, with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Jacqui began their career at ARAMARK as a Technical Writer, where they contributed to the development of training programs and set documentation standards. Jacqui then moved on to Deloitte, where they worked as a Senior User Experience Designer for over two decades. Afterward, they joined Sungard Availability Services as a Senior User Researcher and later became the Senior Interaction Designer & Lead UX Researcher. Jacqui continued to expand their skills at Envestnet, Inc as the AVP UX Research. Most recently, they served as the UX Research Practice Lead and Principal UX Researcher at Boomi. Jacqui is currently employed as a Senior UX Researcher, Specialist at Vanguard.

Jacqui Miller obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication from Drexel University, where they studied from 1981 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Jacqui has also obtained several additional certifications. These include a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in 2021, a Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) certification from Human Factors International in 2014, an Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification from DRI International in 2012, and a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) certification from Human Factors International in 2002.
