Karel Tejnora has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karel started their career in 1997 with their own content management system based on LAMP architecture, where they gained expertise in Linux and MySQL. Karel then worked as a Java Programmer at EMPYREUM, focusing on developing support products like web server traffic analytics. In 1999, they joined OneStopHit Ltd. as a Software Architect, responsible for designing and developing intelligence gathering and current awareness software.
From 2006 to 2010, Karel worked at Conlegere, s. r. o. as a Software Architect, where they franchised the original OneStopHit stack and further improved it. Karel also worked on delivering a full solution for Qualification Check, Ltd. In 2010, they joined ZOOM International as a Senior Software Engineer, where they gained experience in full-stack development and adopted Scrum methodology and pair programming.
Karel worked as a Senior Java Developer at BetVictor from 2011 to 2012, focusing on UI and data modeling for complex event processing systems. Karel then worked as a Technical Lead at Odobo Limited from 2012 to 2015, responsible for maintaining architectural integrity and ensuring reliable integrations with remote gaming systems.
