Rich Piech

Rich Piech is currently an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Previously, they worked at Talent Stacker as part of the Salesforce Career Development Program from March 2021 to August 2021. In this role, they participated in live workshops surrounding key Salesforce professional topics in order to become a high quality Salesforce Professional and Employee. Rich also took part in Salesforce study programs for certification and certification prep, as well as professional development topics such as business requirement gathering, solutioning, and best practice for implementations.

Rich Piech also worked on an internal volunteer project at Talent Stacker, gathering detail requirements and full solution documentation for requirement delivery, conducting weekly meetings to review Salesforce configuration updates and determine next steps, creating end user training documentation and workshops to ensure user understanding of customizations, and customize the user interface - including Lightning Layouts and Page Layouts to facilitate a streamlined User Management.

Before joining Talent Stacker, Rich Piech served as Chief Operating Officer / Chief Revenue Officer at Grower's Organic from January 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations and revenue. Prior to that, they worked as a Salesforce Business Analyst at SES.

Rich Piech received their M.B.A. in General Business Administration from St. Edward's University and their B.S.E.E.T. in Electrical Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
