Richard Sharpe

Richard Sharpe is currently an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Prior to that, they worked at Kaiser Permanente as a Department Value Advisor for Medical Imaging from August 2014 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2013 to June 2014, and they were also a Clinical Fellow at Harvard Medical School from July 2013 to June 2014. From July 2009 to June 2013, they were a Diagnostic Radiology Resident at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Richard also worked as an Internal Medicine Intern at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital from June 2008 to June 2009. Richard Sharpe has also been an Instructor Trainer at Kaplan since January 1999.

Richard Sharpe attended Georgetown University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied chemistry and theology. Richard then attended Georgetown University School of Medicine for their MD. Finally, they attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business for their MBA, where they focused on business, healthcare, information technology, leadership, and management.
