Ryan Osmond

Ryan Osmond is the current advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Ryan has also worked as the Senior Director of Strategy and Leadership Development at iZotope, Inc. from June 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for helping the company develop strategy and coaching executives to enable trust, use empathy, creating psychologically-safe teams environments, and to help them achieve strategic and financial objectives and succeed through principled leadership.

Some of their key accomplishments include being the team leader of 2 x-functional Agile Leadership teams and leading them through multiple product launches, including RX 10, Stutter Edit 2, Vinyl 2, and MPS Pro (a subscription/SaaS product that generated over 15k subs. in the first 7 months); leadership coaching of the Suites LT and the Post LT teams; developed and facilitated numerous team formation and team building workshops using the Five Behaviors team model; developed and facilitated strategic planning collaboration sessions; created shared definition of strategy across the business and introduced a strategy framework to help the organization develop and clearly communicate strategy to key stakeholders; and the Academy Award for RX.

Ryan has been part of the Senior Leadership Team since 2019 and reports directly to the CEO.

Ryan Osmond's educational career includes an Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, a Professional Program Certificate in Playwriting and Screenwriting from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, and an MFA from The University of Alabama. Ryan also has a BFA from State University of New York College at Buffalo. In addition, they are certified by the ICAgile as an Agile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching, by the Paterson Center as a Strategic Operating Plan Facilitator, and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
