Ted Biderman

Ted Biderman currently serves as General Counsel, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Secretary at Atari. Prior to this role, Ted was a Partner at PSL Law Group LLC from November 2013 to January 2023, providing legal advice on entity formation, financing, and commercial contracts. Ted's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Legal and Business Development at LivaNova, where strategic legal counsel was provided to the Cardiac Rhythm Management division, and as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at HealthTronics, Inc., overseeing legal compliance and governance for a medical device manufacturer. Ted began the legal career as an attorney at Miller & Martin. Ted holds a JD/MBA from Drake University Law School and a BS in Accounting from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, with additional education from INSEAD and McKinsey Academy.
