Deepti Yenireddy

Deepti Yenireddy's work experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Boon, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a start-up investor and advisor, starting in 2009. Yenireddy also held the position of Senior Director of Product at Samsara from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they were the VP of Product for Conversational AI at Phenom People from 2020 to 2021. Yenireddy is also the founder and CEO of My Ally, which was acquired by Phenom People. My Ally is an AI-powered HR automation solution that raised multiple rounds of funding. Deepti held this role from June 2015 to September 2020.

Deepti Yenireddy completed their B-Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, between 2002 and 2006. Deepti later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, between 2009 and 2011.
