Tim Wells

Tim Wells is currently the Vice President at Boone Center. Prior to this, they served as the 2019 Chapter President of SHRM of Greater St. Louis from January 2019 to December 2019. Their responsibilities included fostering the professional development of the membership, being a forum for exchanging ideas, and providing creative leadership and effective management of people.

Before their time at SHRM of Greater St. Louis, Tim was an Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services from October 2008 to May 2011. In this role, they specialized in cost containment within the mid-market. From July 2007 to October 2008, Tim was a Sr. Group Employee Benefits Sales Rep. at Sun Life Financial. Prior to that, they were a Group Employee Benefits Sales Rep. at Genworth Financial from July 2003 to July 2007.

Tim Wells is a graduate of Miami University, where they earned their BA in Finance & MIS. Tim also attended St. Louis University High School.
