Brianne Wessels

Brianne Wessels is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in emergency care, trauma management, and nursing education. Currently serving at Boone County Hospital since April 2013 and holding multiple roles as a Nurse Practitioner with Guthrie County Hospital & Clinics and Wapiti Medical Staffing, Brianne also acts as a Trauma Nurse Surveyor for the Iowa Department of Public Health, ensuring compliance with trauma care standards across 99 facilities in Iowa. With previous experience as a Trauma Program Manager at Mary Greeley Medical Center, Brianne has demonstrated leadership in applying best care practices within emergency and surgical services.
