Delio Foti

Delio Foti is an experienced industrial operations manager with a strong background in the malt and flour processing sectors. Currently serving as Plant Ops Deputy COO at Boortmalt since April 2020, Delio oversees operations for malt processing plants in Australia, North America, and Latin America. Prior experience includes management roles at Cargill from June 1998 to April 2020, where Delio held positions such as Operations Manager for Cargill Malt South America and Regional Operations Manager for Flour Mills in Latin America. This extensive expertise is complemented by a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata.
