Yvan Schaepman

Yvan Schaepman serves as Group CEO of Boortmalt since February 2009, leading a global malting company with a strong emphasis on sustainable performance and growth. Prior experience includes over 13 years at The HEINEKEN Company, where Yvan held various roles from Head Brewer to General Management across multiple regions including Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and the Americas. Yvan's educational background includes a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School, executive education programs at INSEAD, and a Master of Science in Food Industry as a Master Brewer from ENSAIA, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Université de Toulon.
