Billing Analyst, Assistance Manager at Boost Connect

Ting Choo Siang has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were an Operation Executive at Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. In 2012, they moved to Asia Assistance Network (M) Sdn Bhd as a Data Management Executive. From 2015 to 2018, they were an IT Operations Consultant at GHL Systems Berhad, and from 2018 to the present, they have been a Billing Analyst and Assistance Manager at Boost Connect, as well as providing Operations Support.

Ting Choo Siang completed a Diploma in Computer Studies at SEGi College Kuala Lumpur from 2012 to 2014. In June 2022, they obtained a certification in Learning ITIL® from LinkedIn.
