Erica Ilo

Erica Ilo has a diverse work experience. Erica began their career in 2014 as a Peer Career Advisor and Classifications Project Intern at Western Oregon University. In 2016, they moved to the National Center on Deaf-Blindness as an Office Assistant. In 2017, they became a Virtual Receptionist at Ruby Receptionists. In 2018, they took on the role of Administrative Coordinator at Oregon Health & Science University. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Boost Healthcare.

Erica Ilo attended Western Oregon University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Health Minor. Her field of study was Psychology.
