Melissa Brodman

Director, Customer Service at Boost Payment Solutions

Melissa Brodman has over thirty years of experience in customer service and operations management. Melissa began their career as a supervisor at Allied Digital Technologies, where they oversaw audio mastering engineers and QC. Melissa then transitioned to Xenex Payment Systems, where they spent nine years as an operations manager for client services and technical support. In their current role as director of customer service at Boost Payment Solutions, Melissa is responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that Boost's clients receive the highest level of service possible.

Melissa Brodman earned their Bachelor of Arts from Queens College, where they double majored in sociology and media studies. Melissa then went on to earn their Communication Arts degree from the New York Institute of Technology, with a focus on radio/television/audio/film. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school to earn their paralegal certification from Adelphi University. Finally, they completed their Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
